Site map (Guide) for "Tera-Calculation (T.Calc)," a logistics simulation software using EIQ analysis.
This software aims to calculate the optimal scale and layout of distribution centers from vast amounts of shipping data.
As a Learning Tool: It is positioned not just as calculation software, but as a tool to learn the procedures for determining warehouse area from logistics data.
Distribution: Currently used as a prototype in universities, it is planned to be released as Freeware upon completion.
Core Methodology: Unlike traditional ABC analysis, it is based on EIQ Analysis (Entry, Item, Quantity).
The logistics design process is organized into the following chapters based on the site map:
Chapter 1: Software overview, installation, and terms of use.
Chapter 2 (T.Calc 0): Workflow for processing shipping data.
Chapter 3 (T.Calc 1): EIQ matrix calculation, equipment assignment, and inventory/arrival calculation.
Chapter 4 (T.Calc 2): Distribution center scale calculation (Inventory estimation, space estimation, building/site area calculation).
Chapter 5 (T.Calc 3): Utility software group. Truck trajectory, forklift aisle width, packing volume calculation, etc.
Chapter 6: Space calculation for specific logistics equipment (AS/RS, fixed racks, sorters, inspection/packing, etc.).
Preliminary Knowledge: Logistics basics and the difference between traditional ABC analysis and T.Calc.
MP4 Menu: Video content (MP4 format) showing operation methods and step-by-step instructions.
Supported Languages: Available in Japanese, English, and Chinese (Traditional).
Output: Capable of calculating warehouse area totals, building/site areas, and presenting layout examples.
